Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Slackforce Architecture team and own the foundational platform layer powering Slack and Salesforce integrations. This role requires strategic thinking, deep technical vision, and the ability to drive data models, authentication, and billing capabilities across teams.

You will partner with engineering and product leaders across Slack and Salesforce to deliver impactful features from inception to launch, while measuring success

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including time in a platform, infrastructure, or architecture role.
• Experience with enterprise data models, integration architecture, and/or identity systems.
• Track record driving technical decisions across engineering teams without direct authority.
• Clear communicator, able to translate tradeoffs into business terms.
• Ability to break down and deliver on complex platform capabilities at high velocity.
• Strong collaboration with other product and cross-functional teams.
• A related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Define the Slackforce Architecture strategy and set the technical product strategy for Slack-Salesforce integrations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product leads across Slack and Salesforce.
• Own feature delivery from inception through build and launch, tracking customer feedback and metrics.
