Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Slackforce Architecture team and own the foundational platform layer that powers every Slack and Salesforce integration.

You will drive product strategy and execution across authentication, identity mapping, provisioning, and admin experiences, partnering with engineering and product leads to deliver scalable, high‑impact capabilities in a Slack‑first CRM environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including time in a platform, infrastructure, or architecture role.
• Experience with enterprise data models, integration architecture, and/or identity systems
• Track record driving technical decisions across engineering teams without direct authority
• Clear communicator, able to dig into technical implementation and translate tradeoffs into business terms
• Ability to break down and deliver on complex platform capabilities at high velocity
• Strong collaboration with other product and cross-functional teams
• A related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Slackforce Architecture Strategy - Set the technical product strategy for how Slack and Salesforce systems integrate, delivering near-term, incremental wins while keeping an eye building a scalable and sustainable platform
• Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner closely with engineering and product leads across Slack and Salesforce to align on Architecture features with the broader Slack and Salesforce strategies.
• Execution and Customer Impact - Own feature delivery through inception, build, and launch, all while tracking key customer feedback and metrics.
