• Proven history of shipping products with consistent execution.
• Highly organized and thrives in rapid-paced environments.
• Experience guiding teams through performance conversations and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Use data to decide prioritization and impact, driving team outcomes.
• Mentor and coach engineers to become technical leaders in an AI-enabled landscape.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to conceive features for users.
• Build roadmaps and long-term team vision with Product.
• Own engineering hiring plan including screening and interviews.
• Plan for future technical needs and leverage AI to improve workflows.
• Partner with other engineering leaders on priorities, processes, and policies.
