Job summary

Salesforce Slackforce is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers, shaping AI-assisted integrations with the Salesforce platform and Slack-enabled products.

Qualifications

2+ years of engineering management experience leading productive teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training/work experience.
Ability to weigh several constraints to make rapid decisions in a fast-growing company.
Experience discussing architecture and applying AI tools to real-world problems.
Proven history of shipping products with consistent execution.
Highly organized and thrive in rapid-paced environments.
Comfort with performance conversations and feedback for growth.

Responsibilities

Use data to prioritize and measure impact.
Mentor and coach engineers to grow into technical leaders.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to conceive features.
Build roadmaps and long-term team vision with Product.
Be accountable for driving project execution.
Define and fulfill the engineering hiring plan, including screening and interviewing.
Anticipate future technical needs and leveraging AI to improve workflows.
Collaborate with other engineering leaders on priorities and policies.
