Job summary

PwC seeks a Program Manager within its Scaled Engineering Services practice to lead software and product innovation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging with clients to deliver reliable, scalable technology solutions.

You will mentor engineers, drive ATDD/CI/CD practices, oversee platform integrations (Appian, Mendix, OutSystems), and apply AI knowledge to improve delivery while upholding PwC's standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience in Engineering Program Management.
• At least 12 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, aligning with requirements.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges and client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and improvements.
• Oversee development and integration using platforms such as Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Mentor junior staff and promote adoption of innovative technologies.
• Support engagement team management and continuous improvement in practices.
• Understand and leverage AI technologies.
