Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with required experience in Engineering Program Management
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the field

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group
• Oversee software project planning activities and full project lifecycle
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges ensuring alignment with client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and improvements
• Oversee enterprise app development using Appian, Mendix, OutSystems
• Utilize Java, Python, SQL, .NET, and C# to build scalable solutions
• Apply ATDD, CI/CD practices to improve quality and speed
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen team capabilities
• Support engagement team management by addressing feedback and driving improvement
• Leverage AI and emerging tech knowledge
