Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering Program Management is required.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering program management are required.
• Experience leading software engineering projects and managing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee software project planning activities and manage full project lifecycle.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while aligning with client needs and managed services objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and identify improvements.
• Oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Demonstrate experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, .NET and C# to develop scalable software solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen team capabilities and promote adoption of technologies.
