• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering program management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee software project planning activities, develop project plans, and manage full lifecycle to drive outcomes.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while ensuring alignment with client needs and managed services objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, analyze processes, and identify tech-enabled improvements.
• Oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications using platforms such as Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Demonstrate experience with Java, Python, SQL, .NET and C# to develop scalable software solutions, including microservices.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen team capabilities and promote adoption of innovative technologies.
• Support engagement team management by addressing feedback and driving continuous improvement in software practices.
• Understand and leverage knowledge in AI and emerging technologies.
