Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Manager within its Scaled Engineering Services to lead software engineering initiatives that drive digital transformation for clients. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and apply best practices across ATDD and CI/CD while leveraging platforms like Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with minimum years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management or similar role.
• Experience leading complex software projects and engaging multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within Scaled Engineering Services, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Oversee full project lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Mentor junior staff and promote adoption of innovative technologies.
• Guide product feature prioritization and technology-enabled improvements.
• Oversee integration of enterprise applications using modern platforms.
• Apply ATDD/CI-CD practices to enhance quality and speed.
