Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments with AI/ML technologies.
• Strong background in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development, including experiment setup, dataset curation, model training, and deployment.
• Experience working with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• A driver mindset: proactive, outcomes-oriented, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional leadership settings.
