Ag Processing Inc is launching a Supervisor Trainee program to train engineers in supervising production across plant settings. Trainees will oversee workers, ensure safety, manage quality, and support daily soy production and equipment maintenance.

This role targets engineers seeking management exposure in a large, cooperative agribusiness. Upon completion, trainees may transition to full-time Supervisor roles or advance into Production, Process Engineering, or Maintenance paths, with

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Ability to work rotating night and day shifts.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize employee work schedules for timely completion of projects.
• Willing to relocate to Midwest locations after development program.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production employees through scheduling, monitoring, and assistance.
• Lead locomotive and rail safety training.
• Monitor equipment and facility operation by reviewing logs, reports, and inspections.
• Assist with production and maintenance, including loading, unloading, and maintenance work.
• Lead by example and ensure safety in all tasks.
• Manage and track daily production quality to meet parameters.
• Assist with inventory controls, including measuring and sampling.
• Review and write reports; attend company meetings.
