Job summary

Ag Processing Inc. is offering a Supervisor Trainee opportunity in Eagle Grove, IA to develop into a production supervisor. The program provides exposure to crush, refinery, and biodiesel operations while training in safety, QA, maintenance, and plant management.

Graduates with an engineering degree are encouraged to apply; relocation to Midwest sites upon program completion is possible, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork and quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, agricultural or biosystems preferred).
• Willing to work rotating night and day shifts.
• Leadership skills and ability to negotiate and analyze.
• Able to organize employee work schedules and relocate in Midwest locations after development program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production employees through scheduling and oversight.
• Provide safety training, including locomotive and rail safety.
• Monitor equipment and facility operation via logs and inspections.
• Assist with production and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Review and write reports; attend company meetings.
