Job summary

Perdue Farms Inc. is launching Engineering Management Trainee Pathways in which you will join a 24‑month leadership development program designed to prepare aspiring engineers for future plant leadership roles.

You’ll rotate through operating, engineering, and support areas, gain exposure to capital projects, and work closely with mentors and senior leaders to build technical and leadership capabilities. During EMT I you’ll receive structured learning and mentorship, with rotational exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in engineering or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key operations and engineering areas.
• Learn and apply safety, quality, environmental, and engineering standards.
• Support project management, capital project execution, and documentation.
• Develop working knowledge of floor plans, equipment layouts, and project metrics.
• Communicate updates to engineering leadership and cross‑functional partners.
