Perdue Farms, Inc. is launching an Engineering Management Trainee Pathways Program in 2027. You will engage in hands-on rotations, mentorship, and leadership development to build foundations in plant operations, engineering, and project execution.

Expect structured learning and real projects across multiple sites to accelerate toward an engineering leadership role. During EMT I you’ll rotate through operations, safety, and engineering with a goal to transition to EMT II and a salaried

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.0; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Graduation within 24 months of Pathways start date (June 2027 cohort).
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across operations and engineering.
• Support project execution, safety, quality, and environmental goals.
• Develop engineering knowledge and lead defined activities over time.
