Ag Processing Inc. (AGP) is offering a Supervisor Trainee program at our Eagle Grove, IA plant. This structured program trains engineers to oversee production, safety, quality, and maintenance across crush, refinery, and biodiesel operations.

You will develop leadership skills while rotating through key plant functions and potential full-time supervisory roles. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and be willing to relocate within the Midwest after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; mechanical, chemical, agricultural, industrial technology, or biosystems engineering preferred.
• Ability to work rotating night and day shifts.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proven negotiating, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage production employees through scheduling, monitoring, and guidance.
• Lead locomotive and rail safety training initiatives.
• Monitor equipment and facility operation via logs, reports, and inspections.
• Assist with production and maintenance tasks as needed, including loading, unloading, and upkeep.
