Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking graduates from engineering disciplines to join its Engineering Leadership Program. The role involves three eight-month rotations across centers of excellence, delivering hands-on assignments, mentorship, and a global network of colleagues to accelerate technical and leadership growth.
Rotations may occur in Syracuse, NY; Atlanta, GA; Kennesaw, GA; Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- GPA must be >= 3.0.
- GPA must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
- Graduate in 2026 or 2027 with an engineering degree and be available to start the Leadership Program in June 2027.
Responsibilities
- Apply model-based design, verification tools and methods to HVAC/R packaged equipment.
- Complete modeling and confirmation testing for small to mid rooftop product programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design requirements into product components.
- Develop technical and leadership skills in a professional environment.
- Exposure to technology and product development, project management, and change management.
