Job summary

Bray International, based in Houston, TX, runs an 18–24 month Leadership Rotational Excellence Program (LREP) onsite five days a week. You will rotate through four core areas—Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, and Product Management—receiving mentorship and hands-on challenges to accelerate leadership and engineering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as stated (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial).
• Based in Houston, TX area or willing to relocate for the program duration.
• Open to U.S. relocation after the program.
• Strong technical aptitude and leadership potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations (Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, Product Management).
• Engage in individualized development plans and mentorship.
• Contribute to high-impact projects with visibility across Bray.
• Build leadership and technical capabilities for future engineering roles.
