Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking engineering graduates to join the Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). You will rotate across centers of excellence and business units, performing hands-on design, testing and project work while building leadership and technical skills in a global environment.

The program emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to technology development, product management, and executive communication. Rotations include multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and US work eligibility.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.
• Graduation in 2026 or 2027 with an engineering degree and availability to start in June 2027.
• Willing to relocate for rotations and be geographically mobile.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply model-based design, verification tools to create the next generation of HVAC/R packaged equipment.
• Complete modeling and confirmation testing for small and medium rooftop product programs.
• Collaborate with global, cross-disciplinary teams and develop packaging components for product lines.
