Job summary

Carrier is seeking engineering graduates for the Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). You will rotate through three eight-month placements across Carrier centers, taking on hands-on projects and leadership responsibilities designed to accelerate your professional growth.

Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering, have a GPA ≥ 3.0, and can relocate for rotations. Graduation must be in 2026 or 2027, with availability to begin in June 2027.

• GPA must be ≥ 3.0.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
