Job summary

L3Harris Technologies invites engineering graduates to join the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) as Mechanical Engineers. Over three years, you will rotate across programs, locations, and lifecycle stages while being paired with a mentor to accelerate your career.

You will contribute to mechanical design, testing, and analysis, with hands-on experience in both product development and sustainment, supported by formal education assistance and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Aerospace, Engineering Mechanics or Materials Science.
• Willingness to relocate every 12 months for 3-year program.

• Provide mechanical engineering support for new product development and factory support of existing products.
