Job summary

Carrier invites engineering graduates to join the Engineering Leadership Program (ELP), a three-rotation, eight-month sequence across Carrier centers of excellence. You will tackle real-world projects, gain mentorship, and build a global network of colleagues as you advance technical and leadership skills.

Rotations cover HVAC/R packaged equipment, modeling, and verification with exposure to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must graduate in 2026 or 2027 and start in June 2027.
• Willing to relocate for rotations across multiple U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global, cross-disciplinary teams to apply model-based design.
• Perform modeling and confirmation testing for rooftop product programs.
• Support development of HVAC systems and packaged equipment.
• Engage in project management and change management activities.
• Participate in customer engagement and executive communications.
• Build leadership and technical skills in a cross-functional environment.
