The program includes three 12-month assignments in Manufacturing, Product, and a final assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality, with hands-on projects and a tailored learning curriculum. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above (preferred)
• New to the job market or early in engineering career
• Commitment to a 3-year rotational program with relocation opportunities

Responsibilities

• Three 12-month assignments across Manufacturing, Product, and a final assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality
• On-the-job training and online learning to develop core engineering disciplines
