Job summary

BOI is seeking a Director, Applied AI to own the quality and delivery of complex AI engagements end-to-end, from building business cases to production live deployment. You will lead delivery and proposals, ensuring what we sell is valuable and what we deliver is excellent.

You will work with clients from C-suite to AI capability teams, shaping outcomes, architecture, and drive measurable value. You’ll build tools, mentor teams, and drive commercial growth across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, agency or enterprise delivery.
• Led complex engagements for enterprise clients and moved fast from strategy to product.
• Owns outcomes, seeks accountability, and drives value realization.
• Demonstrated commercial sharpness in shaping proposals and client value.
• Experience building AI products used by real users and deploying them to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream AI programs from problem framing to production and value measurement.
• Structure approaches, define roadmaps, and set production-ready standards beyond slides.
• Conduct product discovery with client teams and end users; define first release and success metrics.
• Shape solution architecture across models, clouds, and platforms; advise build/buy/configure decisions.
• Grow accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and turning engagements into reusable IP.
