Qualifications

• 3+ years' full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Recruiting mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers; PM/ProgMgr roles preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication with stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Data gathering, analysis, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
