Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with basic control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and consider relocation opportunities throughout your career.
• Ability to complete a 12‑week internship between May and August 2027.
• Mobility: relocation opportunities and support may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions for process control.
• Develop innovative equipment from modeling to hands‑on prototyping.
• Assist in refining technologies for material conversion and high‑speed packaging projects.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up processes, validate materials, optimize production lines.
• Support design and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems.
• Contribute to developing and integrating robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
• Support environmental, site infrastructure, and compliance projects.
