Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Houston, TX seeks an Engineering Manager/Interface Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering efforts on a major project.

You will coordinate design activities, manage resources, and ensure safety-focused deliverables within the project’s schedule and budget. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will guide Area Engineers and Discipline Leads, drive engineering governance, and collaborate with procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to achieve project objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering and PE licensure preferred.
• Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience with design processes, standards, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering planning and sequencing of activities.
• Manage engineering resources, onboarding and demobilisation.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve cross-discipline issues.
• Ensure safety in design and compliance with standards.
• Deliver all engineering deliverables within schedule and budget.
