Job summary

Hatch is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering and design activities for complex projects in Houston, TX. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, plan engineering work packages, and ensure deliverables meet safety, quality and schedule targets.

You will report to the Project Manager and provide technical leadership, risk assessment, and stakeholder communications across the PDG. A senior engineering background and PE registration are required, with proven leadership in

Qualifications

BSc/BEng in engineering and PE registration where applicable.
Typically 12 years in multi-disciplinary environments; 3 years leading design teams.
Strong knowledge of engineering systems, design processes and current technologies.
Excellent planning, coordination and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Plan engineering work and sequencing of activities within the engagement baseline.
Provide technical leadership, ensure safety in design and quality of deliverables.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage EWPs and budgets.
Lead and participate in design reviews, risk assessments and compliance checks.
Communicate changes and progress to stakeholders and client management.
