Job summary

Hatch is seeking an Engineering Manager in Houston, TX to lead engineering and design activities for complex projects. You will define scope, plan resources, and drive technical direction while coordinating with Project Managers and discipline leads.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensure adherence to safety, quality, and corporate standards, and manage budgets and schedules to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng degree in engineering and PE registration.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement engagement plans and baselines.
• Coordinate engineering budgets and scheduling.
• Lead and develop Area Engineers and Discipline Leads.
• Ensure design compliance with Hatch digital standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, safety, and commissioning early in design.
