Job summary

Hatch Houston seeks an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering and design activities for a complex project. You will supervise Area Engineers and Discipline Leads, ensuring safe, compliant and on-time delivery of technical deliverables.

You will coordinate with Project Management on baselines, EWPs and budgets, drive engineering excellence, and mentor design teams while advancing digital delivery standards across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering and PE registration; multi-disciplinary design experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, governance and delivery of engineering work packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering planning, resource allocation and technical leadership for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet engineering processes, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Oversee design reviews, 3D modelling and P&ID coordination.
• Develop and implement engineering baselines, EWPs, budgets and schedules.
