Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Pittsburgh seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee all engineering and design activities for a project engagement.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and resources, and ensure safety and quality objectives are met through Hatch’s digital standards. Qualifications

• BSc/BEng degree in an engineering discipline.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer with the governing authority.
• Typically, 12 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Typically, 3 years’ experience in managing design engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design activities for the engagement.
• Plan engineering scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with discipline leads, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Ensure design deliverables meet client requirements and Hatch standards.
• Promote change management and governance across engineering delivery.
