Job summary

Worley offers a two-year Graduate Development Rotational Program designed to accelerate growth for early career professionals. Participants rotate across engineering, project delivery, project services, and field operations, gaining hands‑on experience in office and field environments.

Under mentorship, graduates build technical, commercial, and leadership skills while contributing to real projects and learning to navigate complex, multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.
• Progress toward or eligibility for EIT/PE or discipline certifications.
• Internship/co‑op or early work experience in engineering, project delivery, construction, or related technical environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions, gaining experience across the full project lifecycle from concept through execution and handover.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities during rotations (engineering studies, design development, scheduling, cost tracking, reporting).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, building relationships with engineers, project managers, field personnel, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documentation, including reports, specifications, schedules, and vendor deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site activities to ensure alignment with objectives, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify issues or risks, propose solutions, and escalate as appropriate.
• Apply health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across activities, including field work.
• Engage in structured learning, mentorship, and regular feedback to support development across technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
