Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or related technical environment (preferred).
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to field of study (e.g., engineering, project management).
• Demonstrated ability to apply academic learning to real‑world problems.
• Exposure to industry tools, systems, or software relevant to your discipline.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a willingness to learn across functions.
• Effective communication and teamwork in cross‑functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions, gaining experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to discipline activities during rotations: engineering design, project controls, and field coordination.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, build relationships with engineers, project managers, and field personnel.
• Assist in preparation and review of project documentation, reports, schedules, and vendor deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site activities to ensure objectives and safety standards.
