Job summary

Worley offers a two-year Graduate Development Rotational Program that accelerates growth for early career professionals by providing structured rotations across engineering, project delivery, project services and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Environmental or related field.
• Progress toward or eligibility for Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certifications.
• Foundational knowledge aligned to the Engineering/project lifecycle and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two rotations across Engineering, Project Services and Construction/Field Services.
• Support project delivery to meet requirements on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist in project documentation and reviews.
