Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or related environments.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to your field of study.
• Applied academic learning to real-world problems through coursework or projects.
• Exposure to industry tools, systems, or software relevant to your discipline.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time, within budget and quality.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions through concept to handover.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities during rotations in engineering, project services, and construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the business.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project documents, reports and schedules.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site activities.
• Identify issues or risks and propose solutions, escalating as needed.
• Promote health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across activities.
• Engage in structured learning, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to develop skills.
