Worley offers a two-year Graduate Development Rotational Program designed to accelerate growth for early‑career professionals. The program provides structured rotations across engineering, project delivery, project services, and field operations, with exposure to office and field environments.

Under experienced mentors, graduates apply academic knowledge to real-world projects, building technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities for a long-term career with Worley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Academic focus aligned to Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management lifecycle.
• Progress toward or eligibility for professional certifications (e.g., EIT/PE).
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time and within budget.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions within the two-year program.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities during each rotation (engineering design, project controls, construction/field services).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet objectives and safety standards.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site activities to ensure alignment with objectives and quality.
