Worley invites graduates to join its Graduate Development Rotational Program, a two-year, structured experience across engineering, project services and construction. You will work under mentors, rotate through disciplines, and build leadership and technical skills for a long-term career with Worley.

Participants gain exposure to diverse projects, learn risk and safety practices, and develop business acumen while contributing to real-world outcomes in a global energy and resources environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction to meet requirements, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions, gaining experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to discipline-specific activities during each rotation (Engineering studies, design, calculations).
• Assist with project controls activities such as scheduling, cost tracking, estimating, and reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and safety standards.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and site activities to support execution and documentation.
