Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering, project delivery, construction, or related environment.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to your field of study.
• Ability to apply academic learning to real-world problems through coursework or projects.
• Exposure to industry tools or software relevant to your discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services and Construction within scope, budget and quality.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions, gaining lifecycle experience.
• Contribute to discipline activities per rotation: engineering studies, project controls, and field support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Assist in preparing project documentation including reports, schedules and vendor deliverables.
• Participate in meetings, design reviews and site activities; identify risks and propose solutions.
• Apply health, safety, environmental and quality standards across activities.
• Engage in structured learning, mentorship, and performance feedback to develop capabilities.
