Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and implement infrastructure to efficiently process and secure project documentation.
• Coordinate assembly, reproduction, revision control and archival of construction work packages.

Responsibilities

• Perform document control responsibilities for the Line and Substation Engineering groups.
• Control document revisions and status in the document management system.
• Label and maintain attribute data of current documents in the system.
• File, organize and maintain engineering documents.
• Assist in as-built revision tracking and issuing to the field.
• Print engineering design packages for use by construction.
