Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Manager - Engineering Capability & Transformation Leader to drive the Talent & Skills workstream within Engineer 2030. This role shapes the engineering talent model, builds skills taxonomy, analytics, and internal mobility infrastructure to scale capabilities across GE Vernova.

Reporting to the Engineering Operations and Lean Leader, the role partners with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 7+ years of progressive engineering/technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Transform engineering workforce capability and skill strategies across GE Vernova.
• Design and deploy enterprise-level capability reviews led by the CTO.
• Develop workforce analytics using AI-enabled platforms and data standards.
• Partner on external talent strategy and internal pipeline development.
• Lead development programs and align with Engineer 2030 priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and weekly cadence with executives.
