GE Vernova seeks a Readiness & Enablement Leader to drive automation transformation across global sites. You will partner with plant teams to assess readiness, close gaps in lean maturity, digital infrastructure, and workforce capability, and lead on-site coaching for sustainable automation capability.

You will translate enterprise strategy into practical execution, guiding senior plant leaders, embedding continuous improvement, and coordinating upgrades with IT/OT and facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• Extensive experience in industrial transformation, lean operations, automation deployment, or plant engineering.
• Expert in conducting operational assessments and implementing process improvements.
• Willingness to travel to sites as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assess, and accelerate site readiness for automation projects.
• Lead readiness assessments across lean maturity, digital systems, infrastructure, and workforce capability.
• Deliver on-site coaching and knowledge transfer to build local ownership and capability.
• Support standardization of processes and practices for automation enablement.
• Coordinate upgrades with IT/OT teams and facilities to close gaps in infrastructure.
• Track site progress, risks, and outcomes; report to the Director, Automation Enablement.
• Develop and share best practices, tools, and templates for readiness activities.
• Support workforce training and engagement initiatives to build automation culture.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
