Job summary

GE Vernova’s Gas Power Engineering organization seeks an Onboarding & Training Operations Lead to own the engineer onboarding journey and the training operations engine globally. This high-visibility role builds structure, drives execution, and partners across HR, IT, engineering, and regional teams to ramp engineers quickly and consistently.

You will manage end-to-end programs such as Edison Engineering Development Program and Cultivate, coordinate rotations, logistics, and governance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, onboarding, program management, learning operations, or training operations with proven track record owning end-to-end operational processes in a matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Ability to drive execution across multiple priorities with discipline and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding experience for engineers joining globally; design a structured 30/60/90-day journey with milestones and accountability.
• Run the training operations lifecycle for Edison Engineering Development Program, Cultivate, and Technical Learning; manage calendars and logistics.
• Build KPI dashboards, track participation and completion, and drive data-based improvements.
• Lead cross-functional governance across Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, Legal and regional leadership; prepare executive-ready updates.
• Support EEDP & Cultivate program operations including rotation logistics, onsite coordination, and relocation support.
