Responsibilities

• Engineer Onboarding Experience: Own end-to-end onboarding for engineers globally; design and implement a structured 30/60/90-day journey; coordinate with hiring managers, HR, IT, and regional teams; manage buddy/mentor programs and onboarding communications; drive speed-to-productivity and retention improvements.
• Training Operations Excellence: Manage full program and training operations lifecycle; oversee master training calendar; coordinate facilitators, SMEs, vendors, and internal partners; ensure high-quality learner experience; support and co-deliver sessions on Lean, innovation, and professional development.
• Metrics, Insights, and Continuous Improvement: Build KPI dashboards; track participation, completion, satisfaction, and program effectiveness; implement feedback loops; translate data into actionable improvements; standardize and automate processes for scalability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance: Partner with Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, Legal; own governance, SOPs, communications, and knowledge management; prepare executive updates; support data-driven decision making; drive accountability across a cross-functional environment.
• EEDP & Cultivate Program: Oversee and improve development programs within Edison Engineering Development Program and Cultivate.
