The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, comfort with prospecting, and the ability to understand client needs in Automotive, Engineering, and Technology fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or account management.
• Experience in Automotive, Engineering, Technology sectors preferred.
• Engineering consulting background advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience interacting with engineering teams and technical stakeholders a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within Automotive, Engineering, and Technology markets.
• Prospect and establish relationships with new clients and key decision-makers.
• Manage full business development lifecycle from prospecting to project launch.
• Translate client needs into engineering and consulting opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
