RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst in Tucson, AZ to support EVMS, EAC/LRE inputs, and cost/schedule forecasting. You will partner with engineering and program teams to drive cost control and schedule performance using EVMS tools and related reporting.

The role requires a university degree (or equivalent), 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a US DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in relevant role.
• Experience with SAP, APEX or similar business systems.
• MS Office tools experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis.
• Assist in Budget Change Requests (BCRs), EAC and LRE development.
• Prepare forecasts and cost/schedule variance analyses.
