Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (P4) to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule reporting for Engineering Product Teams. The role requires a U.S. security clearance and US citizenship, onsite in Tucson.

You will collaborate with leads to drive cost control, schedule adherence, and reliable program forecasting. The candidate will use SAP/APEX and PMX-style reporting tools to prepare budgets, track variances, and deliver timely financial insights.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree optional.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years with advanced degree (per ad).
• Experience with SAP and/or APEX and/or similar systems.
• Experience with MS Office tools; strong communication and analytic skills.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
• Assist in EVMS processing and reporting for program/product missions.
