Job summary

You will prepare itemized invoices, contact project managers for information, verify data accuracy, code files, and maintain organized records. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required; Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus; the role is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a similar role.
• Extremely detail–oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility in work priorities.
• Effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare itemized invoices for engineering services.
• Contact Project Managers and senior managers for project information.
• Verify accuracy of billing data and revise as needed.
• Reconcile discrepancies on invoices and reports.
• Code project files and documents per procedures.
• Keep records of invoices and supporting documents.
• File invoices and accounting documents.
• Assist in gathering information and running accounting reports.
• Support other accounting duties as needed.
