Job summary

TriCom Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Applications Lead to own and oversee the engineering application portfolio.

This hands‑on leadership role manages support, lifecycle activities, upgrades, incident resolution, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable services and strong governance. The role partners with Engineering Leadership, IT, and vendors to align applications with business needs, monitor platform health, and drive improvements in usability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, or managing engineering/design applications.
• Experience with architecture, engineering, construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health, performance, and service delivery for the engineering application portfolio.
• Establish support processes, governance practices, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate release schedules, testing, deployment planning, and user communications.
