TriMedx is seeking a Supervisor, Applications & Software Engineering to lead two engineering teams building the CMMS platform. You will coach, raise team output, and shape the technical direction while coding alongside the team when needed.

The role emphasizes leadership development, cross-team coordination, and adherence to coding standards, with a path toward management of the org without requiring prior title-based management experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scoped applications.
• Familiar with a JavaScript framework and scaling enterprise solutions.
• Has used or implemented AI solutions in a production system.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the application development process and underlying frameworks.
• Oversees and reviews application design for technical alignment.
• Coordinates and prioritizes development across platforms and teams.
• Partners with QA leadership to ensure testing quality and coverage.
• Establishes and enforces framework and software standards; drives improvement.
• Evaluates development processes to enhance team performance and delivery.
• Plans upgrades, migrations, and new implementations; resolves performance issues.
