Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-moving engineering team. This dedicated admin/ops role focuses on removing friction, coordinating across functions, and keeping licensing, procurement, and asset management running smoothly.

You will be the dependable center of a busy team, handling onboarding, tooling provisioning, budget tracking, and records management with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant experience in admin/ops.
• Experience managing renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle: procurement, renewals, tracking, reallocations, and retirements.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships: quotes, contracts, renewals, and points of contact.
• Handle procurement: raise purchase requests, track approvals, reconcile invoices, and delivery.
• Track and support the team’s operational budget and spend against tooling budgets.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics: accounts, hardware, access, provisioning, deprovisioning.
• Maintain hardware and asset inventory and keep accurate records.
• Administer access requests: approvals across systems and keep records current.
• Keep team documentation and records organized and up-to-date.
• Support compliance and audit readiness: licensing, procurement, asset records.
• Serve as central point of coordination for administrative questions.
