Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-moving engineering organization. You’ll own license lifecycle, vendor coordination, procurement, budget tracking, and onboarding/offboarding to keep the team productive.

This dedicated administrative role focuses on removing friction, coordinating across functions, and ensuring compliance while thriving in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in administrative, operations, procurement, or coordination roles.
• Experience managing renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to track multiple workstreams with high accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor.
• Self-starter who owns tasks end to end with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own software license lifecycle: procurement, renewals, tracking, allocation, and retirement.
• Manage vendor relationships: quotes, contracts, renewals, and contacts.
• Handle procurement: raise requests, approvals, invoices, and delivery.
• Track team budget: monitor spend and maintain records for leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding: accounts, hardware, access, provisioning.
• Maintain hardware/asset inventory and accurate records.
• Administer access requests and maintain shared records.
• Keep team documentation and SOPs organized.
• Support compliance and audit readiness with records.
• Serve as central point for operational questions and issue resolution.
